Glossary of Morphologies

This glossary is a tool to help you better understand the different Kibbe types and therefore, your appearance. There is no such thing as an ideal body shape, or all of them are. None of the characteristics described below should be considered "perfect" or become a goal to be achieved. The aim is to understand and appreciate our silhouette, independently of the trends that society imposes on us.

Vertical Line

The vertical line is the space between the shoulder line and the knees. Generally, a tall person will also have a long vertical line and a short person will have a short vertical line. But this is not always the case. For example, these two women are the same height (1m62) but Megan Fox (1) looks taller than Florence Pugh (2) because she has a longer vertical line.
