Ethereal Essence
The Style Essences allow us to know how we want to be perceived so that we can express our personality more authentically. For example, you may belong to the Natural type (Kibbe morphology) but prefer a Dramatic Essence, which will create a blend of the two. You can also combine several Essences.
Don't pay too much attention to the physical descriptions, as there may be several exceptions. Trust your instincts. If this is a new subject for you, I suggest starting with the different Kibbe types.
The Ethereal Essence is the most Yin. The people who possess it give an impression of magic and strangeness. Their clothing styles are reminiscent of mythical, angelic creatures. Although it is Yin, like the Romantic and Ingenue Essences, it is "otherworldly" femininity, as opposed to glamorous or delicate femininities.
The Ethereal Essence is ideal for atypical physiques, most often those that are narrow and slender, yet with a certain softness. Facial features have an angelic or elfin air.
To reflect this Essence, you can incorporate the following elements into your outfits.
Fluid Shapes
The clothes should follow your movements and gently envelop your body.
Light Fabrics
Opt for light, almost translucent materials, such as silk and fine knits. Prefer accessories made from rare, iridescent materials, such as pearls and crystals.
Luminous Textures and Colours
The textures should be iridescent, transparent or shiny. This Essence goes well with ethereal colours such as violet, azure, emerald, taupe, gold and silver.
Draping
The shapes should be draped and pleated with discreet knots and ruffles. Stiff cuts are not ideal for this Essence.
Abstract Patterns
Natural and abstract patterns are preferable. Just make sure the designs are proportionate to your height, neither too small nor too large.
Fairytale Details
This Essence is linked to mystical creatures, so details such as feathers, petals, embroidery or pearls will add majesty to your appearance.
Hairstyles and Makeup
The hairstyles should be wispy and delicate, gently framing the face. The makeup should be light and luminous, with blended lines and soft tones.
